Christmas in Paris

Christmas in Paris

Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

Maybe someday, I will spend Christmas in Paris but this year, I am so happy and lucky to spend the holidays with my wonderful family. Mom, Dad, Logan, McKenna, Flannigan (dog), Zoey (dog), I love you; Merry Christmas!

I also want to wish all of my readers and followers a Merry Christmas. Thank you so much for supporting and reading my blog. It means the world to me, especially since I am new to the blogging world. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your loved ones; and if you live somewhere where you are going to have a white Christmas, I’m very jealous lol please send some snow to the Midwest.

XOXO

P.S. To other new bloggers, I just want to say that it does get easier. Starting a new blog is hard and you should be proud of yourself. Keep writing, stay true to yourself, and I can promise you that people will read what you have to say. Trust me.

Killer (Comfortable) Heels

This is another favorite thing from my fashion collection: Jessica Simpson tri-color suede peep toe ankle-strap pumps. I bought these shoes last year after Christmas at Dillard’s who was having a HUGE sale. These shoes are the perfect accessory for a little back dress and are surprisingly comfortable! If you are looking for a great pair of shoes to wear on New Year’s Eve, buy a pair of Jessica Simpson heels. Trust Me.

Last fall, while attending Teen Vogue Fashion University in NYC, I had the privilege of going to Jessica Simpson’s showroom. Apparently, Jessica Simpson only wears heels, even when she was 9 months pregnant.

“Like Mary-Kate & Ashley”

I own quite a few fashion books to say the least.

On my bookshelf, you will find everything from ,”FASHIONBOX” (features celebrities/fashion icons wearing fashion basics like “the white button-down,” to the “LBD” little black dress) to “The Atlas of Fashion Designers”(it features designers you may have not heard of, and a few that you have like Temperely London, made famous by Kate Middelton)

Recently I heard about a fashion book called ,”Influence,” written by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I found myself thinking back to the days when I watched them on “Full House.” They have not only surpassed the title of “child stars” but have established themselves as true fashion designers. Their clothing lines include: Elizabeth and James ( named after their siblings; younger sister Elizabeth Olsen is breaking into the acting business) and The Row.

I heard their book was hard to find BUT today was my lucky day. While browsing the fashion books at Half Price Bookstore, I found it! And it was only $17.95 but is normally listed for $35.

The only down-fall…I have to wait until Christmas morning to open it.

Oh well, I can be a good girl and wait patiently until then 😉

T-10 Days til Christmas

Yikes! I still have so much to do!

***Does anyone have good ideas for stocking stuffers? 18-24 year old females***

Hope everyone is getting into the holiday spirit or just spirits this weekend
