“Citrus-based desserts end a meal on a fresh, bold, palette-cleansing note. I especially love this lemon sorbet dessert because of its easy, elegant presentation. It’s the perfect way to end a satisfying meal. And great for Valentine’s Day with the raspberry sorbet!”
- 8 Lemons
- Lemon Sorbet
- Raspberry Sorbet
- 8 mint sprigs
- Cut off the top ⅓ of the lemon. Keep for garnish
- Hollow out each lemon and freeze one-hour minimum, preferably overnight.
- The next day, fill each frozen fruit shell with sorbet, half with lemon and half with raspberry, and refreeze.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
